Hosting with ChatGPT Sites
This website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service. For business customers based in the European Economic Area, OpenAI’s Data Processing Addendum identifies OpenAI Ireland Ltd. as the contracting entity. OpenAI uses service providers including Cloudflare, Ltd. for hosting and content delivery.
When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure receives technical data such as the IP address, requested page, request time and browser information. This enables delivery of the website, protection against attacks and fault analysis. For necessary delivery and security processing under our responsibility, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
OpenAI: hosting providers and subprocessors
Domain management with STRATO
STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, manages our domain and its DNS settings. DNS resolves the domain name to the hosting destination. STRATO is used for domain services; the website content is delivered through ChatGPT Sites.
Technical DNS queries may be processed to make the domain accessible. These queries generally originate from DNS resolvers. Our legitimate interest in accessibility is the basis for necessary processing under our responsibility, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Platform visitor statistics
ChatGPT Sites automatically records website traffic and provides counts of unique visitors and page views over time. These statistics help us understand use of our website. We have not installed a separate analytics script. This does not mean that the hosting platform collects no usage data.
We have not yet received confirmed details of how visitors are distinguished, whether platform statistics access browser storage, or the applicable retention periods. We therefore do not describe these statistics as anonymous or consent-free.

Cookies and embedded content
Our own website code sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. The language choice is kept in the page URL. Images and fonts are supplied with the website. No advertising pixels, newsletter forms or embedded social media players are included. These statements concern our own page code, not all processing performed by the hosting platform.
International processing
ChatGPT Sites currently offers no region-specific data residency. Processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, may therefore occur. For transfers covered by its Data Processing Addendum, OpenAI provides for European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. The relevant provisions and safeguards are available in the linked addendum.

Retention
We do not maintain a separate copy of hosting access logs. We have not yet received confirmed, Sites-specific deletion periods for the provider’s technical logs and visitor statistics. We therefore cannot currently specify a verified number of days. For questions about stored data or deletion, please contact welcome@tmp-group.de; we will involve the relevant provider where necessary.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process the address and information you provide to handle your enquiry. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and fulfil applicable retention obligations, then deleted when no further lawful reason for retention exists.
Social media links
Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok are linked as external websites. Visiting this page does not load their players or social plugins. When you follow a link, the relevant platform’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
